Locally-owned and family-operated Air Extreme has served the tri-state area’s heating and cooling needs since 2014 with the owner and experienced HVAC technician Dale Webb at the helm.

Today Webb and his team, which includes his 21-year-old-son Dale, officially become part of the One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning and Mister Sparky® electric national brands.

Tri-state residents will now see Webb’s 27 employees and 14 branded trucks all now operating under the One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning brand, which is part of the Direct Energy family of brands.

“We are pleased to welcome Dale, his family, and their entire team to our network,” said Mark Baker, president of Franchise, Direct Energy. “Their commitment to exceptional customer service is what sets them apart, and we look forward to working with them as they continue to serve their community.”

With this move, the local company will be able to continue training staff with the best resources, offer 24/7 telephone support, provide stronger warranties and guarantees, and lower product costs – right in the middle of the chilly winter season.

“We always strive to stay on the cutting edge of the latest trends in home comfort and efficiency by continuously investing in the best resource we have: our knowledgeable staff and crews,” said Webb. “Now, by being a part of One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning and the Direct Energy family, we have even more resources available to us that will benefit our customers.”

Dale and his wife, Christi, live in Greenup, Kentucky, with their oldest son and One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning employee Dale, as well as their granddaughter Macie. They have one other son, Brett Webb, 20, who is currently serving as a U.S. Marine.
