  • I’m interested in transitioning my company to a franchise. Now what?

    Great! Simply fill out the Contact Form letting us know. We will answer your questions and provide an overview of our business model. If you are ready to take the next step, we’ll invite you to an online webinar.

  • What is my discovery process?

    After our initial phone call, we ask that you, and any other owners of your company, attend an online webinar. Over 45 minutes to an hour, we’ll walk you through a high-level view of the value our brands and conversion business model can bring to you, your employees, and your business.

  • What happens at Discovery Day?

    If you like what you learn in conversations with us, the next step is to attend a Discovery Day. These are held throughout the country at a franchise owner location. Over the course of a day and a half, you can get to know our support team members in an informal setting, talk with the franchise owner, and tour their operation. The Discovery Day meeting includes six to seven hours of discussion and covers all aspects of our business model.

    • Will the territory I want be available?

      The answer to this question depends on availability and other factors. We invite you to request more information through our website by filling out our Contact Form to see if your preferred location is available.

    • What is the success rate of your company?

      One measure of success concerns how One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning®, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing®, and Mister Sparky® electrical services compare to their respective industries. This is known as same-store growth. Based on industry data from IBISWorld research, our brands are outpacing their respective industries in same-store growth.

      A three-year cumulative (2015-2017) comparative using IBISWorld data shows:

      • One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning® same-store growth at 24% compared to industry at 8%
      • Benjamin Franklin Plumbing® same-store growth at 33% compared to industry at 8%
      • Mister Sparky® same-store growth at 75% compared to industry at 17%

      Industry data from IBISWorld. Same store growth measures year over year revenue increase from franchisees active during the entire time period.

    • Is Clockwork, Inc., an independent company?

    • What are the investment costs?

      The initial fees and total investment costs for business conversions and start-ups will vary depending on which brand you choose, the business infrastructure you already have in place and other territorial and business-related factors. Conversion and Start-Up cost models are included in our Franchise Disclosure Document.

      If your business qualifies we may provide substantial financial assistance to help in your transition through our Conversion Incentive Program.
